Waiver of Liability for Property Access / Driveway Release
The party signing this document hereby certifies that he or she is authorized to permit MEB Enterprises Inc. and its employees entry onto the property whose address appears below, to perform work and/or deliver materials. That work includes entry of MEB's vehicles and equipment onto any driveways on said property. MEB's vehicles and equipment may cause compressions or cracks in the driveway due to their weight (up to excess of 32 tons). In connection with MEB's performance of work, delivery of materials and presence on the property, you hereby release MEB from any liability for damages to any of the property, including without limitation, damage to driveways, sidewalks, curbs, walkways, lawns sprinkler systems, gardens, septic systems, drain fields, shrubbery, lawn, or flower beds. This Release shall bind all parties who are in any way responsible for the condition of the property or construction activities thereon. including without limitation, any owner, occupant or tenant of the property. By entering in your name below you agree and understand to the waiver of liability for property access and work performed.
