Who we are

MEB Enterprises Inc. ("we," "us") is an excavating and land management contractor based in Corcoran, Minnesota. This policy explains what we collect through mebentinc.com, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: [EMAIL] or 612-382-4042.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address or city, the service you're asking about, how you found us, and anything you write in the message box.

Waiver submissions. If you sign our driveway and property waiver online, we also record your typed signature, your stated relationship to the property, the date and time of submission, and your IP address. We keep this as proof of agreement.

Why we collect it

To respond to your request, prepare and send an estimate, schedule and perform work, deliver materials, invoice you, keep records of completed jobs and signed waivers, and understand which of our ads and listings actually bring in calls.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information, and we don't rent or trade it. We share it only with:

• Service providers who run parts of our business — website host, form and email provider, accounting software — and only as much as they need.

How long we keep it
